After Deb placed her faith in Jesus Christ she became very involved with the Women’s Ministry at her church. She is passionate about the Word of God and the Word began to work in her heart. She knew the Lord was calling her to deal with a secret she had kept for 33 years. The secret was her past abortion. Deb knew that she was forgiven, but she also knew that she needed to heal. Deb was led to “Surrendering the Secret” through a LIfeWay catalogue. Since her personal healing she has gone on to help other women recover and heal from the sorrow of abortion. Deb leads women through Surrendering the Secret at her church and a local crisis pregnancy center. She is grateful to be called to this ministry. It is her great joy to lead women out of the darkness of the secret of abortion and into the healing Light of our Lord Jesus.
